1 Conscious breathing
By breathing regularly from your pelvis, you can make contact with your Master Consciousness by breathing very deeply, as low as possible in your body, from your pelvis. This won’t always work out right away. You can just start where your breathing is at that moment. If it is high and superficial, then you begin at that level. Gradually your breathing will become deeper and calmer. It is important that you pay attention to your breathing.
- Lie on your back on something soft, bend your knees a little. Put your feet about 20 cm. apart. Point your toes up. Lay your spine down in a straight and relaxed way.
- Observe your body and feel where potential tension is. It is best to let your body become one with the soft surface.
- Pay attention to your breathing and place your hand on the area of your belly button. Inhale and exhale. Try to find out if your breath is high or if your belly is actually moving. People who are nervous or restless breathe short, shallow and high.
- Then gently place both hands on your belly. Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose. Notice how your belly rises and falls with each breath. Your chest should not or hardly move.
- Continue inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose or through your mouth. Do this without effort and simply, as a baby breathes.
- Do this exercise about 5 to 10 minutes, 1 or 2 times a day. You can also breathe with your belly as you stand, drive or walk. After a few weeks you can possibly extend this exercise to longer periods.
- At the end of each breathing session, go past your body again and compare your body to how it felt at the start of the exercise.
2 Get acquainted with meditation
you meditate cross-legged, or yogis possibly in the lotus position, on a cushion, but you can also meditate on a meditation stool on your knees. If these poses don’t work for you, just try something else. For example, you can sit against a wall to support your back or sit in a regular chair. It is a matter of finding out what is good for you. Try to relax your jaw, let your shoulders hang down, and keep your back and neck straight as much as possible. The most important thing is to relax. Optionally, you can start with a few deep breaths.
When you have found a nice meditation position, you then turn your attention inward. If you find it difficult to do this, focus your attention on your breathing. Do this for as long as it feels right, preferably a few times a day. Try to bring the relaxed feeling that can arise during meditation into your daily life.

3 Perception preference in changing emotions
In situations where you feel emotions coming up (anger, sadness, fear) when you are in contact with others, try to find out what your attention is focused on at that moment. Usually it will be outwardly focused, on the other person, or with your thoughts. Then shift your attention to yourself (not to your thoughts). If that is difficult, focus on your breathing. What happens to the emotions?
By shifting your attention when experiencing emotions from outside to inside, you detach yourself from your thoughts and emotions, you relax deeply and energy flows freely. This creates space in your Matrix, allows you to experience your Master Consciousness and create magic in your life.4 Liberation from the influence of negative communication from others
In contact with others it is essential to be aware of whether or not people, consciously or unconsciously, exert pressure, are negative or have a pattern in which they always come up with counterexamples. This can happen through verbal as well as non-verbal communication. Do not allow this to happen. Protect yourself against it. Pay attention to the vocabulary of those with whom you communicate. Terms like ‘should’, ‘should not’ and ‘not well’ can unconsciously program new beliefs, or reinforce already existing ones. It is necessary to make your beliefs disappear in order to enter your Master Consciousness. You can protect yourself against negative communication by assuming as much as possible with everything you hear and see ‘it can be true’ and ‘it can not be true’ and at the same time thinking ‘it doesn’t matter’.

By liberating yourself from the influence of negative communication from others, you detach yourself from your thoughts and emotions, relax deeply and energy flows freely. This creates space in your Matrix, allows you experience your Master Consciousness and create magic in your life.
5 Relax your thoughts
In this discovery we will build in moments during the day to relax. Once, breathe in and out deeply, as you take your attention away from your thoughts. Keep doing this while you breathe quietly at your own pace, keep this up for at least five seconds. Do this at least twelve times a day.
By relaxing your thoughts, you detach yourself from your thoughts and emotions, you relax deeply and energy flows freely. This creates space in your Matrix, allows you experience your Master Consciousness and create magic in your life.
6 Liberation from resistance
From your Master Consciousness you never experience resistance, such as fear, frustration and irritation against something in a certain moment. Everything simply ‘is’.
Try only to do things, or to find yourself in situations that you can fully accept as they are, without resistance. Resistance is in your mind. If you have ended up in a situation where you would rather not be, see if you can solve that resistance by shifting your attention to your breathing. If that does not work, then (if possible) leave. For this it is necessary that you are continuously aware of how you feel.
From the Master there are two choices: surrender or leave. Staying with resistance keeps you in the Matrix.
Through liberation from resistance, you detach yourself from your thoughts and emotions, relax deeply and energy flows freely. This creates space in your Matrix, allows you experience your Master Consciousness and create magic in your life.
